2. Data we collect
- Provided data: name, email, password (securely stored), billing details, purchase history, support messages.
- Usage and technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps, device identifiers.
- Third-party data: data received from authentication providers (Google) or payment processors (Polar.sh).

3. Purposes of processing
- Manage user accounts and provide contracted services.

4. Legal basis
Processing is based on:

5. Consent and Cookiebot
- We use Cookiebot as our Consent Management Platform and apply autoblocking: non-essential cookies are not set until you provide consent.
- When you accept or update preferences, we may send a consent event to Google Tag Manager (GTM) or other platforms to enable allowed scripts according to your selection.
- You can change or withdraw consent via the Cookiebot banner or site settings at any time.
6. Retention
We retain personal data as long as necessary to fulfill contractual and legal obligations and to resolve disputes. Data is deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.
7. Disclosures and transfers
We share data with service providers acting as processors (payment, hosting, analytics). For international transfers we implement legal safeguards.
Third-party embeds (YouTube) and data processing
If you enable Marketing cookies and view embedded YouTube videos, data may be transferred to Google/YouTube (for example: identifiers, interaction data, and session information). These processes are carried out by the third party (Google) according to their privacy policies. Currently Natty is the controller for data we collect directly and a facilitator of the service, but we do not control or take responsibility for YouTube/Google’s data practices when you play their content after enabling marketing cookies.
8. Your rights
You have rights to: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You may withdraw consent. To exercise rights contact admin@currentlynatty.com. You may lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority.
9. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No transmission is 100% secure; report incidents to admin@currentlynatty.com.

We will update this policy as needed and publish the last revision date.
