1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using Currently Natty (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase our services.

2. Services and scope

Currently Natty provides content, digital products and membership plans (monthly subscriptions) related to fitness, training and lifestyle. These Terms govern the use of the Site and the purchase of products and services available on the Site.

3. Accounts and security

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Memberships are recurring monthly subscriptions billed until cancelled.
• By subscribing you authorize recurring charges to the payment method on file (card, PayPal or other processor).
• Payments are processed by the payment provider used at checkout (Polar.sh). Currently Natty does not store full payment card data.
• Automatic renewal: subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period unless cancelled prior to renewal.
• Trial periods (if any): trial terms are specified in the offer. If you do not cancel before expiry, paid subscription will start.

5. Cancellation and subscription management

• You can cancel your subscription from your account dashboard or by contacting admin@currentlynatty.com.
• Cancellation prevents future charges but typically does not result in prorated refunds for the period already started unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to suspend access for non-payment or serious breaches.

6. Refund summary

• Refund requests for duplicate charges or technical issues will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• For billing disputes provide proof of purchase and details to admin@currentlynatty.com.

7. Content and intellectual property

• All content (text, videos, images, designs, code) is owned by Currently Natty or its licensors.
• Reproduction, distribution or exploitation without express permission is prohibited.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use the Site for illegal activities, distributing malware, infringing third-party rights or sending unsolicited communications. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend users.

Embedded content and cookies

The Site may display embedded content (for example, YouTube videos) that depends on cookies and third-party services. If you do not give the required consent (e.g., Marketing cookies), such content may remain blocked and inaccessible. Currently Natty is not responsible for the operation, availability or the privacy and cookie practices of these third parties.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Currently Natty will not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from use of the Site or inability to access it.

10. Warranties

Services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific results from using the content (e.g., physical transformation outcomes).

We may update these Terms at any time; the latest version will be published on this page. Material changes will be notified as appropriate.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes will be subject to competent courts.
