Subscription & Refund Policy

1. Subscriptions

  • Memberships are billed monthly and automatically renew.
  • You authorize recurring charges to the payment method on file.
  • Access to premium content is maintained while subscription and payments are current.

2. Plan changes and upgrades

  • You may change plans from your account; changes may take effect immediately or at the next billing cycle as displayed.
  • Upgrades to higher-tier plans may be prorated as explained in the account UI.

3. Cancellations

  • Cancel anytime from your account or by contacting admin@currentlynatty.com.
  • Cancellation prevents future billing; generally access remains until the end of the already paid period.

4. Refunds

  • Due to the digital nature of services, we generally do not provide prorated refunds.
  • Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances: technical issue preventing access, duplicate charge, or clear billing error.
  • To request a refund send proof of payment, a description of the issue and your user ID to admin@currentlynatty.com.

5. Billing disputes

  • If a chargeback is initiated by your bank we will cooperate in investigating. Unsupported chargebacks may result in account suspension.

6. Price changes

  • We may change prices. Material changes affecting renewals will be communicated in advance.
